These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the handwriting learning application "Kanapp" (the "App") provided by KICHIEMON WORKS ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance & Child Supervision
If the user is under the age of majority, use of the App must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who consents to these Terms on their behalf.
2. In-App Purchases
Additional character packs (such as Katakana, Numbers, Alphabet, and Kanji) are offered as non-consumable, one-time in-app purchases. There are no recurring subscription fees. Transactions and refunds are managed strictly by Apple Inc. in accordance with App Store terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All graphics, voice audio, animations, character strokes, and source code are the intellectual property of KICHIEMON WORKS or its licensors. Unauthorized reverse engineering, distribution, or extraction is strictly prohibited.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of the App.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
